Qualified companies have undergone training with the Building Ceramics Council and work according to our industry rules, BBV. After completing a contract, they should provide a Quality Document to the client. When a private individual hires a qualified company, the BBV is considered to be agreed upon unless otherwise stated in the contract.
The Building Ceramics Council is not responsible for the work of the qualified company and cannot be held accountable for any potential errors that may occur. All responsibility for the contract and rectifying any possible complaints lies with the qualified company
The Building Ceramics Council's industry rules for wet rooms (BBV) are a voluntary regulatory system that must be agreed upon. A qualified company should always follow the BBV unless otherwise agreed.This means that when you hire a qualified company, you will receive a quality document issued for your wet room renovation
